Barry Creed is a partner in the firm, based in the Dublin office.
Having previously worked in a large bank, and subsequently with a Dublin law firm, Barry joined McDermott Creed & Martyn in April of 2004. Originally based in Sligo, Barry opened and now oversees the operation of the firm's Dublin Office, with a team of six people.
Barry's main area of expertise is in Litigation, with a particular focus on High Court Litigation, Judicial Review, Employment Law and various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Barry also has extensive knowledge in terms of Asset Restructuring and Asset Recovery for both private organisations and financial institutions. Advising on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency law matters at all ends of the spectrum from re-organisations, consensual restructurings and more formal restructurings such as examinership, receiverships, liquidations and personal bankruptcy.
Barry is also registered to practice law in the United Kingdom.
